Higher Education Institutions Encouraged to Transition to In-Person Learning
The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport of the Republic of Armenia has sent a circular notice to organizations that implement higher and postgraduate professional education programs in Armenia.
The ministry suggests that starting from November 15, the organization of the educational process in higher and postgraduate professional educational institutions should be conducted through in-person learning (if necessary, lectures can be organized remotely or online as per the educational plan's specifications).
Furthermore, while organizing the educational process and the ongoing activities, it is essential to strictly adhere to the sanitary rules applied to prevent the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and to ensure necessary safety guarantees.
