UK House of Commons Passes First Reading of Armenian Genocide Recognition Bill
The UK House of Commons has passed the first reading of a bill recognizing the Armenian Genocide. This information was reported by the Armenian National Committee.
“Today is a historic day regarding the Armenian issue. The first reading of the bill on the Armenian Genocide has passed without objection. The next reading will take place on March 18, 2022. We thank Tim Loughton and the co-authors for this success,” stated the Armenian National Committee in their announcement.
