The Issue of the Zangezur Corridor Was Resolved on November 9, 2020: Pashinyan
The issue of the Zangezur corridor was resolved back on November 9, 2020. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this yesterday during a public broadcast.
He emphasized that he appreciates the recent public statement made by Russia regarding its position, although he noted that there has been no other stance on the matter, and it is just being made public now.
Pashinyan pointed out that Turkey uses the term 'corridor,' but also stressed that this corridor should be under the control of Armenia. He added, 'Azerbaijan, Armenia, Iran, and Russia are all interested in opening communications.'
