We Have Seen Much Greater Atrocities: Andranik Kocharyan on the Incident of Detaining a Father in Front of Children
“If they treat a father like this in front of young children, is that not brutality? Or if a citizen is thrown onto the asphalt, is that not brutality?” asked opposition MP Artavik Minasyan, addressing Deputy Police Chief Ara Fidanyan during budget discussions.
“We have seen much greater atrocities, such as the eye removed in Sari Tagh, March 1, and so on,” responded Andranik Kocharyan of the ruling party before Fidanyan could reply.
