Facebook user Mikael Margaryan today announced in a live broadcast that there is a press conference at the 'Elite Plaza' business center, and his camera captured former Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan on the first floor. He was with his daughter.
Margaryan approached Torosyan and his daughter to ask questions. During this time, a person who was presumably Torosyan's bodyguard approached them and urged not to film the private meeting. Nevertheless, the user posed a question to Arsen Torosyan, but he refused to answer questions regarding vaccinations.
Margaryan remarked that 'the child is innocent, don’t vaccinate anymore,' to which Arsen Torosyan retorted, 'The blame is on you.'
