Letters from a Hadrut Resident to the Operational Headquarters and Nikol Pashinyan
During the 44-day war in 2020, residents of the Hadrut region of the Republic of Artsakh have remained in an uncertain status after being displaced, and many social issues remain unresolved.
Lragir.am presents two letters:
- The letter from Artavazd Stepanyan, a resident of Hadrut city, to the head of the operational headquarters of the Republic of Artsakh, Mikael Virabyan, along with his response. Details can be found in both the letter and the response.
- A. Stepanyan's letter to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, which was sent on August 24 of this year but has gone unanswered. Stepanyan notes that while calls were previously answered by the government staff, now they do not even respond to phone calls.
