The Ministry of Defense Issues Clarification
The Ministry of Defense of Armenia has issued a clarification regarding concerns raised by some social media users about a significant spread of seasonal flu in the armed forces and claims that military personnel are not being vaccinated against COVID-19.
In response, the Ministry states, "There is no cause for concern. No trend indicating an increase in seasonal flu or acute respiratory diseases has been observed. Furthermore, vaccinations are not only being conducted but the rates are significantly higher than in the civilian population."
