Azerbaijan Postfactum's Telegram channel reports: "The Azerbaijani Army soldier, 19-year-old Afghan Hamzaev, a resident of the village of Borsulu in the Goranboy region, is the one responsible for the serious shootout that occurred yesterday in the clash zone between Artsakh and the Azerbaijani-occupied territories... According to our information, there was an interpersonal dispute in the Azerbaijani trench, which led to Azerbaijani soldiers opening fire on each other. The mentioned occupant was killed not by Armenian fire, but by their own Azerbaijani bullet. An interpersonal dispute also took place two days before yesterday's incident."
