We Are Ready to Provide a Route for Both Azerbaijan and Turkey to Use: Armen Grigoryan Outlines Conditions

Armenia is ready to provide routes, meaning it will make all existing roads available for both Azerbaijan and Turkey to utilize these routes. However, all these roads will remain under the sovereign control of Armenia, and in this regard, we have both publicly spoken and communicated this to our partners. This was stated by the Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, in an interview with Tasnim.
