Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Speaks on Relations with Armenia
Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov delivered a speech in Belarus at a meeting of the foreign ministers of CIS member states. He notably stated that the decades-long occupation of Azerbaijani territories was concluded during the 44-day war and that the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan has been restored.
Minister Bayramov also addressed the implementation of the statements made on November 9, 2020, and January 11, 2021. It is significant that Bayramov reiterated Baku's stance, once again asserting that the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict remains in the past, and Azerbaijan is ready to normalize relations with Armenia based on principles of international law, including respect for sovereignty, inviolability of borders, and territorial integrity.
