Azerbaijani High-Ranking Military Official Faces Possible 11-Year Imprisonment
Today, the trial of former Azerbaijani Armed Forces Corps Commander, Lieutenant General Robshan Akberov, continues at the Baku Military Court. He is accused of premeditated murder, as reported by local news outlets.
During the court session, the state prosecutor demanded a sentence of 11 years of imprisonment for the former high-ranking military official. The trial is set to continue on October 22.
