Peskov Confirms Reports of Possible Meeting Between Zelensky and Putin
The press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, today confirmed information regarding negotiations to organize a meeting between the leaders of Ukraine and Russia, reports Korrespondent.net.
“Indeed, communications are being established between the Ukrainian president’s office and our country’s presidential administration to understand the list of issues to be discussed. Various proposals have been made and formulated, but so far, there is no common understanding or willingness to outline the agenda of a possible meeting,” Peskov stated.
Thus, he commented on media reports indicating that the Russian side has conveyed a proposal to Kyiv regarding the conditions for a meeting between Vladimir Putin and Vladimir Zelensky.
