We have ceased to be the guarantor of Artsakh's security; today, Artsakh stands before uncertainties. This was stated by the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, during a press conference held today.

He emphasized that the Armenian government is not talking about Artsakh today, giving the impression that it is washing its hands of Artsakh and addressing all issues to Russia. "After a while, our society will also link all issues to Russia; I believe this is being done deliberately. Unfortunately, we do not have any arguments at the negotiation table for effective negotiations. I ask every day what will happen in 3.5 years if Azerbaijan does not agree to continue the mandate; I wonder if our authorities are asking that question," he noted.

He emphasized that the Armenian government is at the negotiation table, not around the negotiating table. "They promise to open an era of peace. Seriously, where are you? They are discussing you without you. There is a way out of all this; this government needs to go; negotiating on one's knees is not appropriate."
