Part of Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine Shares to Be Managed by Prime Minister's Office
The Industrial Company, owning 60.0000946% of the shares of the closed joint-stock company Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine, intends to donate 25% of its shares, which amounts to 412,250.75 common shares, to the Republic of Armenia.
This information was reported to Lurer.com from the Government's written voting agenda. The Republic of Armenia, represented by the RA Government, has expressed its willingness to accept the shares and to assign the management authority to the Prime Minister's Office of the Republic of Armenia, as stated in the justification for the voting issue.
