“There is a lot of talk about border security, but it is important to understand that the new situation requires radical changes to traditional approaches regarding border issues. The government's policies in the security sector suggest that Armenia is not only slowing down, but also moving in the wrong direction. In this context, no matter how much money is allocated or what steps are taken, the outcome will not be satisfactory.”
