The Largest Tricolor Flag Raised in Yeraskh
A grand ceremony was held in the Yeraskh community of the Ararat region to raise the largest tricolor flag currently in the republic. (Flag dimensions: 6m x 12m, flagpole height: 35m).
This was reported by the Ararat Regional Administration on their Facebook page. “The event was attended by the Governor of Ararat Region Razmik Tevonyan, state officials, regional administration staff, and citizens. The initiative belongs to Garik Sargsyan, the Chairman of the State Property Management Committee. It is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Armenia and in memory of all the heroic sons who sacrificed their lives for the freedom and sovereignty of our country,” the statement said.
