Putin and Aliyev Have a Telephone Conversation

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev had a telephone conversation during which they emphasized the importance of continuing active and constructive cooperation between the parliaments of the two countries.

The Kremlin's press service reports that during the conversation, Aliyev congratulated Putin on the successful conduct of the State Duma elections. Aliyev also expressed condolences regarding the incident at Perm State University.
