On the Last Day of the April War, Serzh Sargsyan Flew to Baden-Baden Instead of Berlin: Ioannisyan
Daniel Ioannisyan, the coordinator of the IQM programs, wrote on his Facebook page: “It is inconceivable that on the last day of the April War, Serzh Sargsyan flew to Baden-Baden. Tanks and artillery were still being used on the front lines, and the prospect of a ceasefire was unclear, yet Serzh Sargsyan's mind was set on leaving for Baden-Baden on the 5th instead of Berlin on the 6th, to spend a night resting well before heading to Berlin the next day.”
“P.S. Financially, Serzh Sargsyan had traveled to Baden-Baden 16 times at our expense. This included trips not only during vacations. We will send these facts to the Special Investigative Service, requesting a criminal-legal assessment based on Articles 179 and 309 of the Penal Code.”
