Frank Pallone Discusses Release of Armenian Prisoners with State Department and Defense Officials
A member of the United States House of Representatives, Frank Pallone, has discussed the issue of Armenian prisoners unlawfully held in Azerbaijan with officials from the U.S. State Department and Department of Defense. According to reports from Armenpress, Pallone shared this information on his Twitter page.
“I had an effective phone conversation with officials from the State Department and the Department of Defense to discuss ways to strengthen U.S.-Armenia relations. We also talked about the important role that the U.S. should play in the release of Armenian prisoners held in Azerbaijan and in addressing the ongoing border crisis,” the Congressman stated.
