Peskov Explains Why a World War is Impossible
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov believes that a world war is currently impossible due to the maintenance of nuclear parity. “Is it possible for there to be a war? President Putin clearly stated during a live connection that it is unlikely. And here we are insured by nuclear parity,” said the Kremlin spokesman.
According to him, nuclear parity is a mechanism that balances international relations. The Kremlin spokesman emphasized that there are ongoing attempts to violate this parity, but Russia has taken several steps to secure the entire system. This involves the development of systems that maintain parity. “I think there is generally no need to talk about war, as it is impossible,” stated Peskov.
