Masked Armed Robbery in Yerevan: CRED Credit Organization Looted
On June 28, a masked armed robbery occurred in Yerevan. At approximately 11:30 AM, the Malatia Division of the Police received a call reporting that an armed robbery took place at the CRED credit organization located at 147 Andranik Street.
According to shamshyan.com from the scene, police learned that an individual with their face covered by a medical mask and wearing a hat entered the organization with a weapon-like object. The assailant threatened an employee with the object and stole money before fleeing the scene. Preliminary reports indicate that there are no casualties.
Currently, investigators from the Investigative Committee of Armenia's Malatia-Sebastia administrative district and police forensic experts are working at the scene. The exact amount of money stolen by the suspect is under investigation. The credit organization is monitored by the company 'Armobil,' and it is also being determined whether anyone from that company was present at the time.
