PHOTO: Mikayel Minasyan Publishes Another Secret Document

Former Armenian Ambassador to the Holy See Mikayel Minasyan has made a post on his Telegram channel, accompanied by excerpts from a secret document.

"Putin noted that he was also greatly surprised why the Armenian side, represented by Prime Minister Pashinyan, did not agree to sign the document on October 10, after an agreement was reached at the level of foreign ministers. Additionally, there were other opportunities to halt the bloodshed, which the Armenian side also did not take advantage of," the secret document published by Minasyan states.
