According to sources from the newspaper, the captured serviceman Arthur Katanian has been returned to the Armenian side. Negotiations for the release of the war captives took place between the commander of the Russian Ministry of Defense, General Muradov, and the Azerbaijani side.
It is noteworthy that the captured serviceman was returned at 03:15 AM. Previous reports did not match reality.
