All Responsibility Falls on Azerbaijan if They Don't Withdraw from Armenian Territory, CSTO Representative
During the session of the CSTO Permanent Council held on May 13, the Permanent Representative of Armenia to the CSTO, Viktor Biagov, provided a detailed account of the provocative actions initiated by Azerbaijan in the Syunik region of the Republic of Armenia and the resulting situation, with the aim of informing the capitals of the CSTO member states.
Representative Biagov stated that Azerbaijan's provocation is a direct violation of the sovereign territory of CSTO member Armenia and poses a serious threat to regional security and stability. He emphasized that if the withdrawal of Azerbaijani military units from the territory of the Republic of Armenia does not occur as quickly and reasonably as possible, all responsibility for the further escalation of the situation will fall on the Azerbaijani side.
