Yesterday I learned that Azerbaijan has initiated criminal proceedings against me, Arman Tatoyan, Karen Hovhannisyan, and Nayri Hokhikyan: Sophia Hovsepyan

Independent MP Sophia Hovsepyan wrote on her Facebook page: "Yesterday I learned that Azerbaijan has initiated criminal proceedings against me, Arman Tatoyan, Karen Hovhannisyan, and Nayri Hokhikyan. This was reported by Temur Aliyev, a senior specialist at the State Center for Strategic Studies of Baku, who sent a letter to Nayri Hokhikyan. Alongside this, we have been called 'fascists', and our pro-Armenian activities have been labeled as fascism.

Just days ago, Azerbaijani media published articles claiming that I collaborate with an American organization and engage in anti-Russian activities. Do you know, when the enemy calls me a 'fascist', I am not offended, as it is a true assessment that proves our commitment to the nation and the state. They have not taken into account one thing: for my national endeavors, I have been stoned so much that their criminal case now evokes laughter. You will not intimidate me with your warnings; I will continue to fight against you with the same spirit - for the sake of the Armenian people."
