Who from the National Assembly Will Be Vaccinated with the Chinese Vaccine?

Today, in parliament, Nikol Pashinyan announced that one of our deputy prime ministers has been vaccinated with AstraZeneca, while another one is to receive Sputnik V. He also expressed hope that someone from the National Assembly will be vaccinated with the Chinese vaccine that we have.

Following Pashinyan's remarks, it is unclear why the MPs began to laugh. However, as discussed on social media, this was not the only odd thing that happened. A photo has circulated on social media, apparently taken right at the moment when Pashinyan spoke about the Chinese vaccine.

As to why the National Assembly responded this way to the announcement regarding the Chinese vaccine, perhaps only they can know.
