We Will Form Our Border Strip at the Expense of Our Territory: Deputy Director of NSS

In a conversation with journalists today, Deputy Director of the National Security Service (NSS), Stepan Melkonyan, spoke about the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan. He stated that there will be a border strip similar to that of the Turkish border, which will be secured with engineering structures to ensure border security.

"Every state forms its border strip at the expense of its territory," Melkonyan noted.

Regarding the so-called corridor passing through Meghri, he said that there is no discussion about it and there cannot be.
