The U.S. Plans to Provide Military Aid to Azerbaijan, Says International Relations Expert
The United States intends to bypass the Section 907 and provide military assistance to Azerbaijan, international relations expert Suren Sargsyan wrote on his Facebook page.
He reminded that the 'Freedom Support Act' prohibits any aid to Azerbaijan.
“At the same time, the president is authorized to circumvent the law and provide support to Azerbaijan, and every year during the March-April period, he has bypassed this law since 2001. The issue is that Biden promised to review this assistance; however, we have not been working on that direction, just as we have not on all other directions,” he stated.
