Anna Hakobyan Wins in Court Against Lena Nazaryan's Husband
Anna Hakobyan, who was dismissed from her position at the State Property Management Committee two years ago, has won a court case. A member of the VETO opposition movement, Hakobyan announced her victory on Facebook, stating: "In the end, it is always justice that prevails. Two years ago, I was dismissed from my position in the staff of the State Property Management Committee led by Lena Nazaryan's husband, due to my political views and my audacity to ask uncomfortable questions to the current leadership."
Today, Judge Artur Tsaturyan of the RA Administrative Court upheld Hakobyan's lawsuit, declaring her dismissal invalid and restoring her to her previous position, along with compensation for forced unemployment.
It’s worth noting that Lena Nazaryan’s husband, Narek Babayan, was dismissed from his position as Chairman of the State Property Management Committee in February of this year.
