Khachatur Sukiasyan Sues Spartak Seyranian and 6 Media Outlets
Businessman Khachatur Sukiasyan has filed a lawsuit against former Member of Parliament of Armenia Spartak Seyranian and six media outlets. This was reported by the Judicial Information System, according to Hraparak Daily.
Besides Seyranian, Sukiasyan has also filed lawsuits against "Pastinfo," "168 Hours," "Armday.am," "News.am," "Asekose," and "Media Plus." In total, he demands a public apology, a public denial of the alleged defamatory statements, and compensation in all seven lawsuits.
The lawsuits were submitted on April 19. Sukiasyan's representative could not clarify the details of the lawsuit. An examination of recent media publications regarding the businessman revealed claims that, referencing one of the Telegram channels, he is selling low-quality gasoline at the gas stations he purchased under the brand
