It Is Known Who Will Be in the First Ten of 'My Step': 'Hraparak'
‘My Step’ electoral list will differ from the previous one this time. Unlike 2018, when the list was formed by the party’s administration and representatives of the hierarchy were allowed to include a group of 'insiders', this time, Pashinyan is compiling the list alone, and it will reflect his satisfaction or dissatisfaction with any particular party.
It has been revealed that the first ten will have the following composition, although it is preliminary; Pashinyan will be at the top, with the second to fourth places being shared between Ararat Mirzoyan, Sasun Mikayelyan, and Lena Nazaryan, but a final decision on who will be in first place has not yet been made. In the fifth position, Pashinyan sees the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, followed by Suren Papikyan, with the eighth place going to Tigran Avinyan. Since 30% of the list must include women and every fourth candidate must be female, the ninth place will be allocated to Lilit Makunts, and the tenth to Arayik Harutyunyan.
Incidentally, there has been a serious competition for the second woman’s place between Lilit Makunts and Arpi Davoyan, with Makunts ultimately winning, even though she is planning to go to the USA in the capacity of Armenia's ambassador.
