Who and Against Whom is Trying to Use This Twisted Story. Arshavir Gharamyan

Former Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh, Arshavir Gharamyan, wrote:

“Who is right and who is wrong, who and against whom is trying to use this twisted story, which seemingly contains elements of a classic conspiracy? Considering that in discussions and analyses arising from Azerbaijani media regarding new ‘revelations’ related to the ‘Iskander’ missile, our ally the Russian Federation is being targeted, it can be noted that the Russian-Azerbaijani relations are not as smooth as Ilham Aliyev tried to present. Moreover, it seems that there are such complicated issues and escalations in their relations that official Azerbaijan is publicizing information that contradicts its statement made a month ago for the sake of sending certain messages.

2. ‘I have reliable information that the ‘Iskander’ was used, specifically during the last phase of the war, towards Shushi.’ — Serzh Sargsyan, 16.02.2021

3. ‘And maybe they should answer why the fired ‘Iskander’ (missile) did not explode or exploded, for example, at only 10 percent.’ In response to the query, ‘Is that how it happens?’, the reply was, ‘I don’t know. Was it perhaps an 80’s weapon?’”
