A Report on the War Must Be Prepared Under the Leadership of Onik Gasparyan, Says Armen Grigoryan
The Armed Forces must prepare a report on the war under the leadership of Onik Gasparyan. This was stated by Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan during a conversation with reporters, denying that the government intends to place the blame for the defeat on the Armed Forces.
When asked who is to blame, Grigoryan noted that it is necessary for the Armed Forces to prepare a comprehensive report on the war. “And we will discuss it in detail with the public,” he added.
