Azerbaijan Has Returned Prisoners of War, Only Saboteurs Are Held: Aliyev
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has announced that all Armenian prisoners of war have been returned, and only saboteurs are being held. This was reported by the TASS agency.
He also noted that Armenia has not provided maps of mined areas, which he labeled a crime.
