We Condemn Aliyev's Provocative and Anti-Armenian Statements in Shushi: Foreign Minister
During a government-parliament Q&A session today, Tatév Hayrapetyan, a member of the "My Step" faction, addressed Foreign Minister Ara Ayvazyan, pointing out that Aliyev made anti-Armenian statements in Shushi, claiming that those thinking about a revanche in Armenia would face an iron fist.
Hayrapetyan inquired about the Foreign Ministry's stance and its priorities regarding these statements.
In response to the parliamentarian's question, Ayvazyan stated, "The Foreign Ministry has issued several statements on the issues you raised. We condemn Mr. Aliyev’s statements and believe that they do not contribute to establishing security and peace in the region. We are confident that Mr. Aliyev’s statements are contradictory."
