New Developments in the Criminal Case Involving Vanetsyan
According to "Faktinfo" sources, the Special Investigative Service has decided not to initiate criminal proceedings against former NSS Director and leader of the "Homeland" party, Arthur Vanetsyan, based on the absence of criminal elements in his actions.
This pertains to a criminal case initiated regarding the alleged overstepping of authority by the former NSS director during his tenure. After months of investigation, the investigator was unable to find any grounds and ultimately made the decision not to pursue criminal charges against Arthur Vanetsyan due to the absence of criminal elements.
Additionally, the Special Investigative Service has decided to terminate the criminal case on the basis of the absence of criminal elements concerning Vanetsyan's alleged abuse of official powers.
