Alexei Navalny Detained for 30 Days
Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny has been detained for 30 days. This has been reported by Dw.com. The day after the politician's arrest at Sheremetyevo Airport, a court hearing took place at the Kimki police station, and Navalny's lawyers were informed just minutes before the session began.
The opposition figure will remain in custody until February 15. Before the hearing, his lawyers were not allowed to meet with him.
It is reminded that Alexei Navalny was arrested upon his arrival in Moscow on January 17 at Sheremetyevo Airport.
