If We Insist on Buying Products Without Azerbaijani Labels, Inflation Will Reach 10 Percent, Minister
Today, after a government meeting, Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan addressed the issue of products with Azerbaijani labels appearing in the Armenian market. In response to a question about whether there are plans to make legislative changes to eliminate such phenomena, he stated that for decades, products marked with Turkish and Azerbaijani labels have existed in Armenia's markets, and many Turkish products were considered normal.
“If we insist that these companies sell us products without Azerbaijani labels, then inflation will reach 10 percent, because these companies will have to incur additional costs, and that amount will be reflected in the price of the products,” he noted.
