"I am very pleased to welcome you to Moscow and grateful to you for responding to our proposal for a joint discussion on the implementation of our trilateral statement regarding Nagorno-Karabakh from November 9, 2020, and for the further steps to overcome the existing problems and establish peaceful life in the region," said Putin.
