Artsakh National Security Service Issues Statement
The National Security Service of the Republic of Artsakh informs that after the cessation of hostilities and as part of efforts to ensure public safety, citizens of Artsakh and Armenia are required to return weapons, military equipment, communication devices, and any other specialized devices (including night and day observation equipment, thermal imaging devices, and signaling systems) received from the Artsakh National Security Service, the Police, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Defense, and other relevant authorities by January 10, 2021, inclusive.
Furthermore, it is noted that starting from January 11, 2021, these citizens may be held accountable for illegally acquiring, selling, storing, transporting, or carrying weapons, military ammunition, explosives, or explosive devices in accordance with the legislation of Artsakh and Armenia.
