73 Individuals Missing in Khztaberd-Hin Tagher Area, Reports Artsakh Defense Ministry
Conflicting information continues to circulate through various media outlets regarding the missing Armenian soldiers in the Khztaberd-Hin Tagher area. Reports have emerged claiming that up to 171 Armenian servicemen are unaccounted for, a figure that does not align with the reality.
The Artsakh Defense Ministry states that the fate of 73 individuals remains unknown in this region. From the first moments of the incident, urgent efforts have been underway, supported by Russian peacekeepers, to clarify the fates of our servicemen as quickly as possible.
Additionally, to assess the situation on the ground and undertake necessary actions, the Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, General Onik Gasparyan, has traveled to the Republic of Artsakh. The public will be regularly updated regarding the steps being taken and the results.
