Russian peacekeepers are conducting round-the-clock monitoring of the situation and the ceasefire regime at 23 observation points. This information has been reported by the Russian Defense Ministry.

Russian peacekeepers have accompanied buses transporting displaced persons returning to their homes in Artsakh from Armenian territory. In the last day, a total of 566 people have arrived in Stepanakert from Yerevan.

The buses were escorted by patrols from the Russian peacekeeping force and military police.

Servicemen of the Russian peacekeeping contingent are ensuring the safe return of citizens to their permanent residences, providing humanitarian assistance, and restoring civilian infrastructure.

In total, more than 39,700 displaced persons from Artsakh have returned to their permanent residences.
