Russian Peacekeepers Conduct Monitoring in Hin Shen, Community Leader Says
In the Hin Shen community of the Shushi region, Russian peacekeepers have established a observation post to ensure the safety of residents. This was reported by the community leader, Samvel Sargsyan, in a conversation with Armenpress.
According to Sargsyan, “The Azerbaijanis have blocked the road from the highway to the village for two days now. Following that, Russian peacekeepers came and set up a observation post. Now, families living in the village are safe. We have information that the Russian peacekeepers are also negotiating with the Azerbaijanis to open the road.”
