Criminal Case Initiated Due to Demonstration at Metro 'Gortsaranayin' Station
On December 11, around 09:30, a group of individuals at the 'Gortsaranayin' station of the Yerevan Metro, exercising their alleged rights to conduct a demonstration and organize gatherings, obstructed the normal operation of trains for an extended period, depriving citizens of their constitutional right to free movement. As a result, substantial harm was caused to the rights and legal interests of individuals, as well as to the interests of the state and society.
A criminal case has been initiated by the Shengavit Police Department, and the case has been forwarded to the territorial investigation department.
