649 Refugees Returned to Artsakh in One Day, Reports Russian Ministry of Defense
The Russian Ministry of Defense has reported that 649 individuals have been transported to Artsakh from Armenia via buses today.
Russian peacekeeping forces are ensuring the safe return of citizens to their permanent places of residence, providing humanitarian assistance, and restoring civil infrastructure facilities.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the peacekeepers are conducting round-the-clock monitoring of the situation at 23 observation posts and overseeing the ceasefire regime.
In total, more than 36,000 people have returned to Artsakh. Public transportation services have resumed, and the operations of state, medical, and educational institutions have started, with shops also open for business.
