Constitutional Court Refuses to Accept the Application to Terminate Gagik Tsarukyan’s Parliamentary Powers
The Constitutional Court has decided not to accept the application from the National Assembly Council regarding the termination of Gagik Tsarukyan’s parliamentary powers. This was reported by the court's spokesperson Eva Tovmasyan.
The decision will be sent to the parties within the legally established three-day period and will be published on the official website of the Constitutional Court, she noted on her Facebook page.
