Russian State Duma Evaluates Artsakh Parliament's Call to Create Anti-Terrorism Joint Center: Currently, It's Meaningless
The Artsakh Parliament has made a call to the authorities of Russia and Iran to establish an Anti-Terrorism Joint Center. In response, the Russian State Duma has indicated that this initiative is currently pointless, as it could undermine the dialogue that has already begun in Moscow.
According to RIA Novosti, Viktor Volodatskin, the deputy chairman of the State Duma's committee on CIS affairs, stated: "It is necessary to implement all decisions reached in Moscow. It is pointless to create any additional committee or center, as the entire dialogue, which is currently being established, could disappear. Their decisions may not align with the decisions to be made by the working group that foreign ministers have agreed upon."
