Zohrab Mnatsakanyan Plans to Arrive in Moscow Today Afternoon, Toghanyan
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, is scheduled to arrive in Moscow on September 9 in the afternoon to participate in consultations regarding the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh. This was reported by the Armenian Ambassador to Russia, Vardan Toghanyan, to TASS.
It was previously announced that the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan have been invited to Moscow. Putin has called on the parties involved in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict to cease hostilities for the purpose of exchanging prisoners and the bodies of those who have fallen.
