While the World Talks About Humanitarian Ceasefire, Azerbaijan Strikes Stepanakert Again
The Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, has reported that Azerbaijani armed forces have begun striking the capital, Stepanakert, with large missiles. Beglaryan made a post about it on his Twitter page.
“While some political figures talk about a humanitarian ceasefire between Azerbaijan and Artsakh, Azerbaijan has just struck Stepanakert,” he wrote.
It is reminded that on the early morning of September 27, Azerbaijan launched a large-scale military attack along the entire length of the Artsakh-Azerbaijan border.
