The press secretary of the Artsakh president wrote on his Facebook page: "Immediately after making my previous post, the enemy resumed shelling the capital, Stepanakert. A proportional response from the Defense Army will follow; it is just a matter of minutes. However, by once again targeting the civilian population, the enemy is signaling that they are not in a good position on the front line, and this is an unequivocally confirmed fact."
